Privacy policy
We collect as little as possible, use it only to plan your trip, and never sell it. Here's the detail.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp, email or the phone, we receive the details you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, travel dates, group size, the city you're travelling from, and any notes about your trip.
This website doesn't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Our web host records standard server logs. Google Maps sets its own cookies inside the embedded map on the contact page — that's governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
Why we hold it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare an itinerary and quote
- To arrange your accommodation, cab and entry permits
- To contact you before, during and after your trip
- To keep booking and payment records as required by Indian tax law
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to deliver your trip: the property you're staying at, your driver, and where a permit is required, the relevant forest or government office.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp and are subject to their terms. We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, for any purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into bookings are kept for up to 24 months so we recognise you if you come back, then deleted. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices
Write to valparaiparadise@gmail.com and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll act on the request within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain booking records.
Ask us to stop messaging you and we will, immediately.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Children travel with us all the time, of course — their details reach us through the adult making the booking.
