Valparai Paradise – Tours & Travels runs tours, cabs and rooms out of an office on Nadumalai Road, near the Indian Bank. We're not a call centre in another city selling a place we've never seen.

We say this on every itinerary we send, and we'll say it here too: this is not a luxury trip. It's a comfortable, well-organised, value-for-money getaway. If you want a colonial tea bungalow with a butler and a wine list, that exists in Valparai — we're happy to point you to it. It's just a different budget, and we'd rather tell you upfront than take your money.
What we're good at is the other thing. We know which viewpoint is inside the cloud today. We know the macaque troop has been near Puduthotham all week. We know which of the forty bends is worth stopping at, and which one everyone stops at for no reason. We can get a family of eleven fed, driven and back down the ghat without anyone losing their temper.
The one complaint we get
Someone left us a Google review that says, in full: "Most of the time no response for the phone calls." It's up there next to the good ones, and it's fair. Between driving, guiding and running rooms, we sometimes miss calls.
So we changed how you reach us. WhatsApp is now where enquiries land. It's answered through the day, and it replies in Tamil, Thanglish or English, depending on how you write to us. If you'd still rather call, the number's on every page — but a message will be faster.

2 months agoHad a wonderful experience with Valparai Paradise! They managed our entire trip from Coimbatore → Athirapalli → Valparai → Coimbatore very smoothly. Great planning, comfortable travel, and excellent coordination throughout. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and memorable trip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2 months agoExcellent Hospitality & Unforgettable Kerala Tour Experience! We had an excellent experience with our office team, especially thanks to our wonderful tour guide, Mr. Amal. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the trip. The arrangements were excellent, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were perfectly organised, with a great selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian South Indian cuisine. The guidance and arrangements for visiting the beautiful Athirappilly Waterfalls and Valparai were excellent. Mr. Amal made the entire journey comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable for our team. Overall, it was a well-organised and memorable Kerala tour, with excellent hospitality, delicious food, and outstanding guidance. Highly recommended!******
